Customer guarantee: Legacy Embroidery warrants that the items sold may have variations caused by the individual creation of each piece. Legacy Embroidery will keep all family information provided in the completion of orders confidential and therefore such information will never be shared with third parties. All information gathered in the ordering process is used exclusively to process orders and better serve our customers. Return policy:
FOR ALL PERSONALIZED ORDERS -
Legacy Embroidery products are not returnable nor refundable. Because each product is a personal family tribute and is made especially for you, we can not accept returns or make refunds. We ensure high quality materials and workmanship; however, should there be a problem with your product, that is not due to customer error, we will work with you to resolve that problem. Please contact us promptly. If the item is incorrect due to customer error, we will be happy to correct the item for an additional fee.

Legacy Embroidery makes each and every item as if we would be using it ourselves. As with all handmade items, each one will have slight individual differences which makes them special and unique.
FOR NON-PERSONALIZED ORDERS
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the enclosed invoice. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
Payment options: We gladly accept checks and money orders for mail and phone orders. Payment for online orders are by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or Paypal account. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.
